Management Style

My management style in one word is - "flexible"

In the fast-paced and ever changing world of technology expositions, you've got to be able to roll with the unexpected and keep pushing forward.

A positive mental outlook and a focus on premium customer service is a must.

Although I work for a not-for-profit association, our members are our stakeholders and they expect results. They are counting on our expositions to drive revenues that enable the association to fund its activities.  So running our events like a for-profit business is essential; but we do so with the "heart" of an association with the members' best interests in mind.

I lead my team with optimism, encouragement and a sense of humor.
